Sex trafficking is prevalent both near and far, and it most abhorrently victimizes thousands of children. In the face of this dark reality, there has been at least a small victory: from the Associated Press, the Huffington Post reports that 168 children were rescued from sex-trafficking in a nationwide crackdown this past week. “I hate that we have to do this work – hate it,” FBI Director James Comey said, continuing:

I love the people who’ve devoted their lives to doing this work. There is no more meaningful work that the FBI participates in than rescuing children.
