Fixed Point Foundation exists to proclaim and defend the Gospel in the secular marketplace. In doing so, we seek to challenge skeptics and equip fellow believers. This is done through a variety of platforms including events, speaking engagments, articles, radio and television interviews, and even a Superbowl commercial. While unapologetically Christian, Fixed Point has garnered a reputation for addressing ‘hot button’ social and cultural issues issues with fairness and integrity.

Founded in 2004, Fixed Point, is based in Birmingham, Alabama. Since that time, Fixed Point has been defending the Gospel all over the world. We’ve organized and sponsored debates with some of the world’s most vitriolic critics of religion including Richard Dawkins, Christopher Hitchens, Michael Shermer, and Peter Singer. Our work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, TIME, The American Spectator, The Atlantic, NPR, CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC on topics ranging from Islam and atheism to the relationship between science and religion.

For over a decade, Fixed Point has sought out prolific writers, thinkers, speakers, and leaders on a myriad of topics for the purpose of meaningful and respectful dialogue. We’ve been accused several times of giving the microphone to individuals that fiercly disagree with us. Such remarks only encourage us to continue engaging our critics, as it is not in our nature to shrink from any meaningful issue.

Our work depends on the support of those who believe in our mission and contribute to it financially. Don’t let the word “foundation” fool you. Fixed Point is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax deductible ministry, and the vast majority of our funding comes from individuals. If you believe in what we are doing, consider supporting us.
